Currency:

All prices are in GBP. 

All payments should be in GBP.

Method:

Payments are accepted through the Stripe payment gateway.

We can also arrange payment via bank transfer or cash on delivery, or arrange a staged payment schedule. 

Cost:

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and value of the artwork, and your location.

Each “off the peg” artwork will have relevant pricing listed within the shop options and you can see your full shipping cost in the cart prior to checkout.

Delivery for large or commissioned items will be discussed within the ordering process, and can be arranged with input from the customer. Prices and options will be item specific, but in all cases the most competitive price options will be offered.

Collection from the studio can be arranged by appointment only, at no additional cost.

Timescale: 

UK standard delivery is 48hr service – this can be upgraded at the checkout.

European & Rest of World Delivery can take 2-4 weeks from dispatch. Shipping updates are available at the checkout

Items bought “off the peg”:

These will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of payment. If for some reason this can not be done, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Bespoke items:

These are subject to our commission process and the time scale for production and delivery options will be discussed within this process. 3-4 weeks is a guide for the average artwork, at non-peak times of the year.

If you have a specific deadline to meet, please tell us at the outset and we will do our best to accommodate this. See also our, “rush orders” section

Packaging: 

Items are packaged flat, in a combination of card and foam or bubble wrapping bespoke to the size and surface of the artwork you have purchased.

Every care will be taken to ensure that the artwork will reach you in pristine condition. If for any reason this does not happen please contact us immediately with details and photographs – we can then arrange a suitable solution.

Carrier:

I will use the most competitively priced carrier for the size and destination of the packaged artwork. Usually this will be Royal Mail within the UK and Parcelforce or UPS for Europe and the rest of the world. 

Delivery for commissioned/ bespoke items will be discussed within the commissioning process, and can be arranged with input from the customer.

Collection or delivery in person can also be arranged by appointment only.

Tracking:

Basic tracking is included with all shipped items. A link or reference number will be provided on notification of dispatch. 

If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation!

Please be aware that we don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, and we will not replace an item sooner than this. 

 

Customs Duty and Additional Fees:

We do not accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws or costs, please investigate before purchase. 

If a package containing an “off the peg” artwork comes back to us from customs, in the original condition, we will of course refund your money.

If a commissioned piece is returned due to non payment of these fees, we cannot refund your purchase.

Insurance:

It is recommended that all orders sent outside the UK, or priced over £50, also have additional insurance against loss or damage. The price of this will be stated with the shipping cost, and is an option for the customer at the checkout.

We want you to be happy with your order, and we will do whatever we can to work with you to sort out any issues!

We offer a 28 day full refund on return policy. (excluding bespoke or commissioned orders). If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 28 days of receipt. 

Return the item in its original condition, and we will refund the full item price on receiving it back.

We cannot accept responsibility for repaying postage and handling charges. 

Any underpayment of postage costs or additional fees incurred by us will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns of custom or commissioned orders, as they are unique to you – therefore are not treated as stock or “off the peg” items.

Our ready made artworks can have the shipping upgraded for faster shipping – please see the delivery options with the individual piece for options.

On some of our commissioned items, we may be able to design the work around processes and materials that have faster drying or production times. 

This “fast-track” service is not suitable for all pieces, but can be discussed if the situation arises.   There is an additional fee for any customer who would like their order made faster than our regular turn-around time. 

The fee is £50 per item. We instituted this fee because – to be fair to all our customers – we don’t allow any customer to ‘jump the queue’. Instead, if you need your order faster than normal, we actually work overtime hours to get it done!
